Stephen Hayes

Stephen Hayes is the VP of Autonomous, Fleets, and Driver Operations at Lyft. He has spent the last decade growing Lyft from a small start up into a trusted brand that has improved the lives of tens of millions of riders and drivers. In his role he is responsible for autonomous strategy and partnerships, all aspects of Lyft's fleets business, Luxury modes, Airports, Venues, Driver Partnerships, and Driver Operations. Earlier in his Lyft tenure, he built Express Drive, a vehicle access offering which has enabled hundreds of thousands of drivers to earn tens of billions of dollars on the Lyft platform. Most recently, he was the CEO of Flexdrive, a subsidiary of Lyft that directly manages a fleet of 15,000 vehicles in North America. He holds a Bachelors of Arts from Stanford University.
